Re-Employ is proud to celebrate another successful completion of its Designed For You course today.

This two-week, work-based course supports young adults aged 16–24 in Fife who face health barriers or disabilities that make entering employment more challenging. Participants build confidence, develop transferable skills, learn about workplace behaviours and gain hands-on experience in a creative and supportive environment.

Throughout the programme, learners design and produce custom items such as t-shirts, mugs, badges, and embroidered patches. These practical activities help participants discover new abilities and prepare for the workplace.

We are delighted to see this group graduate and look forward to welcoming new participants for the next course which starts on Wednesday 8 July at 11am. If you or someone you know would benefit from coming on this course, let us know. The course is free for attendees.

Our picture shows two of our graduates, Dylan and David along with the course tutors, Grant and Jan.

Two big things are coming up on Sunday, the 21st!
One is one we’d all probably rather forget (read to the end to find out what), and one that celebrates all of the fathers out there.
Yes, Sunday 21st is Father’s Day. In a wild and crazy world, it’s easy to forget the force for good that fathers and father figures are in many of our lives. Advice, protection, a knowledge of how to fix dripping taps… we’ve all looked to our dads for help at some point. And the odd tenner, of course, but don’t tell mum!
Dads don’t ask for much in return, so what better way to acknowledge your love and respect than a t-shirt or hoodie that he can wear with pride (and a smile).
Whether your dad is your rock or your free repair guy, we can help you celebrate.
We have the capacity now. Please get in touch, and we can get your dad’s gift to you in plenty of time.
Oh, and the 21st is also the Summer Solstice…the days start to get shorter again…

Move
Move

When Re-Employ first opened its doors at Units 21–21A, it marked an important chapter in the organisation’s journey. Those offices became a place where ideas were formed, partnerships strengthened, and countless individuals were supported on their path toward employment and independence. Over time, however, growth and ambition demanded more space — not just physically, but strategically.
The move to Unit 6 represents more than a change of address. It reflects progress.
As Re-Employ’s services expanded and its impact across the community deepened, it became clear that a new environment was needed to match the organisation’s forward momentum. Unit 6 offers a refreshed, fit-for-purpose space designed to better support staff, volunteers, and the people who rely on Re-Employ’s services. With improved layout, enhanced accessibility, and room for continued development, the new premises provide the foundation for the next stage of growth.
Transitions are rarely simple. Moving offices requires coordination, teamwork, and a shared commitment to continuity. Throughout the relocation process, the team ensured that services remained uninterrupted, maintaining the high standard of support that stakeholders and service users expect.
Unit 6 now stands as a symbol of resilience and evolution — a space that reflects Re-Employ’s values of opportunity, empowerment, and community focus. While Units 21–21A will always hold memories of important milestones, the new office signals fresh energy and renewed purpose.
The relocation is not just about where Re-Employ works — it’s about how the organisation continues to adapt, strengthen partnerships, and create pathways into employment for those who need it most.
A new unit. The same mission. Even greater ambition.
